Because there was so much hiatusing last month and because the AC requirements were just changed and because it's now the last month of the seasonal plot, AC is just a check-in. Post to let us know that you're still here, and you're good! Plus, since the game is small and flexible right now, we've decided to try to take advantage of that and coordinate the best end season we can and try to arrange a role for everyone who wants one.
Links to player contact information will be provided, and there will also be a game plotting plurk.
Boone discovers the desert temple with whoever chooses to accompany him. Wander will discover one of the spawners.
This spawner will be activated by an event mid-month- and it will release the skeletons. The carbon android listed in this news post? The spawners were meant to make full defensive androids modeled after the death god of the ancient civilization, but they're so old and decayed now that the skeletons will target anyone (with the added bonus that though their arrows really hurt, their aim is no longer fantastic).
The general plan has been to have the newcomers save the village, but it can be adjusted with a small cast to take whatever damage people deem best for story. The premise has always been a little loose so that people could change what they needed to, and we don't mind making significant changes to make the setting work better if people have suggestions. We will have at least one more CR building event (as well as any posts that might be made by individual players) before the spawner is activated.
Well! Braska will definitely be good to be put on the front lines, with all of his combat magic. It'll be a big public show and everyone will get to see that shiz in action.
But since the skeletons would basically just keep coming because of the spawner, that means there'd need to be a team to go in and deal with it? :|a Braska'd be more than willing to be involved with that, but he also wouldn't mind staying back and defending the town, too.
Narvin may coward if he sees that shiz in action, because he doesn't like/is nervous about magic. (He will rather like its effectiveness, though. Just...preferring to hide behind a wall while all that is going down.)
