Goals: I'm happy to have Una do recruitment threads with new arrivals, like with Niles. I would especially be up for one that goes seriously pear-shaped before they get out, possibly involving shooting, running, or other hijinks. I'd also like for her to have an antagonist at some point.
Offering: Mad chrononaut skillz, a snarky idealistic attitude, enjoyment of a good time. A very unusual perspective on the multiverse in general. Willingness to stir up trouble. Instinctive chafing against authority.
Market: No specific requests, I think?
Availability: Best availability during US Central daylight hours on weekdays. Weekends and evenings tend to be slow. Depending on how work is going, may lose a day or two between tags.

Goals: I am enjoying him being in charge of security but want him to make genuine friends. He still keeps everyone at sort of a professional distance. Sharing mutual problems usually has been a good start to him founding friendships because he looks for mutual solutions with people.
Offering: He's from a world with aliens, he's good with weapons and languages and rules, he's the chief of security for the town. Personally he's lost loves and has an estranged daughter but that's something that requires getting to know him to find out.
Market: Acoustic guitars, since apparently he plays one (one was in the background of MiB III).

Character: Niko Bellic | vengeance_driven
Goals: I'm still wanting him to embrace his principles over not caring again. He's also going through sort of an emotional rebound after his betrayal. He's still pretty good about trusting people but pretty prone to trusting the wrong people. Hopefully he can make some things right for someone messed up. So maybe he can help fix some messed up people and show him that he can actually not mess someone up worse. Also he has a crush that he feels confused wrong and uneasy over, so I want him to talk to someone about that even if he probably wouldn't share it unless he was super close or really thought the person was smart/good with people.
Offering: He's a former mobster. If you want some sympathy with how people end up in organized crime despite not wanting to be? He's good for that. He's a former soldier, and a survivor of war, crime, child abuse, and alcoholism in his family. All of these can be triggering subjects and I would warn for them on posts but if they're useful to your character, please hit them up?
Market: More weapons. Specific vendor foods so he can stuff his face and drink and mingle.

Availability: PST but my hours are wobberjawed so I tag catch as catch can.

Goals: More exploring dangerous locations, make some close friends.
Offering: She's a photographer mostly, so she'll take any job that requires her camera. Half of the gamplay of her canon involves infiltrating large enemy bases, so she's really good at sneaking in and finding hidden passages. I don't know if this will come up, but Jade loves children, so handing out with kids is a natural thing for her.
Market: Some better weapons, and eventually her own transportation vehicle. She can get someone on the black market to build her one if she has to provide spare parts for them.

Character: Wander | folkcsllmewander
Goals: Taking care of his kitten Nikolina and raising it well is his most immediate priority. However, I'd like to put him in stressful situations where he's trying his best to fix things for other people only to have it all blow up in his face. He's sweet, but his desire to make everyone happy gives him anxiety at times.
Offering: Banjo playing skills, friendliness towards everyone, and the dangerously curious one in any exploration group. Also a kitten.
Market: Cute but cheap trinkets, cat food and toys, things that he can buy can give as gifts to the other imports or random NPCs.

Availability: US Central daylight hours during the weekday, sometimes in the evenings. My weekend availability varies depending on what's happening, but I'm always free Sunday evenings.

Goals: Uhhhh I guess deeper CR is a big goal, ultimately? He's the kind of guy who can be perfectly friendly with folks he doesn't know too well, which makes for pleasant enough interactions, but. Yeah. It takes quite a bit more than that for him to actually open up around someone, and even longer to give a shit about them. It's not even like he'll clam up? The dude will just actively lie to your character's face and build a backstory that paints him in a considerably better light. So idk, if anyone is up for the challenge, elbow me and we can try and work out an in somehow. IT MIGHT BE A LONG ROAD, but i'll promise to try and make it fun, ok? :V

Failing getting close to people, he's probably going to keep up the act, occasionally letting his considerably more shitty side show. This considerably more shitty side can affect your characters if you so desire, and I'm happy for it to get him in a lot of trouble, too. Let me know if you have any ideas.
Offering: He's clawed his way out of childhood poverty by becoming a pretty terrible dude, so he's got some ideas and perspectives that kind of stem from all of that, if that helps anyone? Also a good guy to drink and bullshit with, someone to clash with, someone to have a really really regretful one night stand with, and someone to freak out thoroughly with magic/scary science. He's very good at shooting things, but not so good with reading, and he's religious in the least informed kind of way.
Market: He still dresses like a hobo, so anything that might catch his eye and alleviate that a little, maybe?
Availability: GMT. 45 hour working week not including commute GMT. And I'm busy most evenings right now with house viewings because I'm looking to move, so uh. I can usually squeeze out a tag most nights, but weekends are for major catchup, and even then it's a little dependant on social stuff. I'm slow but I'm happy to keep chipping away at something for as long as YOU are!

I think we have pretty good ground for CR with all characters. I mean, now that he's met Kay there's probably some potential for comic fodder there, and the gold thing has to happen (maybe with a little more adventuring). And I'll be bringing Visscher in!

I do like bonding over the childhood poverty thing. I sort of want to assume some Niko and Tuco interaction (At least professionally) has been taking place even if we haven't been playing it out specifically.

Sorry for the late reply - this weekend was a hot mess, hahaaaaa. But yes, absolutely! I'd love to bounce off any and all of them, and I'm happy to assume some guide stuff and like.... casual friendliness between him and Niko. I'm sure they'd have occasionally done gigs together, so they'd be on decent enough terms. As for the gold thing, I'm happy to do that whenever, but I'm good waiting for the right opportunity, too. :>

Goals: I'd like to get him more CR, both positive and negative. Right now I feel a bit like even though he's been here for almost a year if he were to suddenly vanish no one would be particularly moved one way or another (either sad or rejoicing that he's gone). Part of that is his own damn fault because he's secretive and doesn't like to open up much. I also would love for him to do more spying on his fellow Imports but I haven't figured out a way to show that or play that out, since he's terrible at interpersonal things and his method of spying is more technological--bugging rooms and hacking computers sort of thing.
Offering: Snarky Time Lord who accidentally started the Time War. Behind the snark and the pretense of cowardice, he's actually very smart and can be very brave (if he has a cause or person he believes in). He is loyal to his friends but he can be a petty and vindictive pain in the ass to others.
Market: Interesting and peculiar alien tech for him to analyze.

Character: Niles Pottinger truth_is_the_enemy
Goals: Right now he's in his "I am charming and personable!" persona. At some point I'd like to get him to crack enough to let on how very crazy and broken he is. (Which will probably be in little bits and spurts of crazy here and there rather than a big meltdown.) Also, I eventually want someone to get him to realize that his obsessiveness and stalking is not healthy and that what he thinks is dedication and nice courtship gifts is actually really creepy.
Offering: Charm and smiles hiding layers of murderous and crazy over an inner core of really very broken by an awful past. He likes politics and history.
Market: Any luxury items.

Availability: Arizona Standard Time (which is currently the same as Pacific Standard Time, until end of Daylight savings and then it will be the same as Mountain Standard Time. Arizona is weird.) I'm semi-available most afternoons and through the evening and nighttime, with most free time at night. "Semi"-available because although I check my computer and my phone and can sometimes get off a tag or two during the day, I'm often out running errands or applying for jobs during the day. But my time is pretty flexible so if a time-critical plot is happening, I can always dedicate more time to tagging for a couple days and take breaks from resume and cover letter writing.

I've been thinking of tossing Niles at K's thread (as soon as I figure out what Nile is going to be riding... I'm leaning towards something slow and stocky but with amazing endurance, and preferable goofy looking, but I can't think of what fits that description.)

I think Niko would be good for Niles, too. Especially since Niko also has Terrible Traumatic War Past. So Niko can be all "Yup, war trauma sucks...but still, don't be creepy dude."

Also! I've been pondering whether at one of the check points during the race would be a good time for Niles to lose gloves/break a hand strap thing or something and be deeply uncomfortable until Niko gives him gloves.

Goals: There's been a lot of cr but she's been trying to keep her distance a lot, I'm hoping to change that. Generally make her less broken as a person and repair her mentally and emotionally so she can have things resembling friendships again. She has a whole lot of backstory and neat stuff other characters can unlock with the right situation! Some of it has been by Una, Jade and Elle already. For her personal arc, I really want her to find peace somehow and realize she doesn't need someone to be happy. Blackstaff has been pretty good to her so she isn't as bad as she used to be, but she definitely needs a good friend to pick at her to get her to open up more. Going out into the wilds all the time can't be good for her.
Offering: A magical being created specifically to fight in a magical war against others like her. Despite appearances she's an old soul in a magical body, so she can possibly offer good advice on most life situations, except when it comes to love. She's got a lot of skills she's acquired over her lifetime including medicinal herbs and remedies, and she's working as a bounty hunter, focusing on skeletons and native flora.
Market: Other than the ghost candle, ancient celtic-ish things might make her feel more at home.
Availability: I'm in GMT now, my husband works at a 9-4ish level so I have to generally keep the same hours. During the day time is best for quick tagbacks, otherwise I'll plod along.

Goals: More CR would be good? He needs to talk to some of the people he hasn't hit up yet, instead of doing the thing where he only talks to a few people. I don't mind negative CR, but another friend would be nice since Elle has dropped.
Offering: He's a sniper from a post-apocalyptic wasteland, currently with security as part of patrol. He has a sad past, but isn't likely to talk about it unless he gets very close with someone. At most, he'll mention that his wife is dead. Probably going to end up with a pokemon of some description once I decide between giving him one he'll like or giving him one that I'll find hilarious
Market: Maybe a new machete? The one he has is probably not in great shape. Or melee weapons in general. Otherwise, nothing

Availability: Usually I limp along with slow tags on weeknights (US Central time) and mainly tag over the weekends. It does often take me a couple days to answer a tag. However, I'm off work this week with a friend visiting, so it'll probably be weird tagging hours briefly and then back to normal.
