Plot thing?

Narvin has been tasked (by a Crime Lord who'd rather his name be known by no one, but it rhymes with Cannibal Wow) to gather more information on spawner technology and means to go to this place to go look at a native spawner in the wild.

So if anyone has a character who would like to do some potentially illicit spawner hunting (Narvin won't be honest about why he wants to go, but unless the other character is a guide, they'll kind of be breaking the rules to get there so it'd have to be someone okay with a bit of rule-breaking) hit me up!

There's a plot object to be found and a fair to middling chance that Narvin will try to use his companion as spider bait/distraction depending on the person.

Anyway, if you're interested, comment and we'll hammer out details.

Grainne... might be persuaded. :|a She's working as a bounty hunter right now so all he'd need to do is say something about getting a bounty.

If she gets bounties on spiders, there'd be a whole lot of those there... Lots and lots of spiders.

She mostly goes after skeletons but she will do spiders, she really doesn't like spiders.

Narvin's terribly afraid of spiders himself (in his canon, he screams like a little girl at a single spider falling on his face), so putting them both together in a spider's nest might be hilarious.

Yes! Grainne would be all slashing those things to pieces. Sounds like a plan. The only problem is, would he hire a frail looking girl to hunt spiders

Narvin potentially would. Since he's an alien who looks like a human he's used to things not being as they appear. He might interrogate her about her abilities (partly for practicality, so if they get in a fight he knows what to expect, partly for curiosity because Narvin loves knowing people's backgrounds and capabilities), but where he comes from the most badass fighter he knows is a 5'5'' girl.

I have read the Mighty App, so I think I've got a good basic idea of her powers (in a "I'm canon blind, but this sounds cool" sort of way).

Should we assume Narvin recruiting her and start a log with them nearing the spider canyon, or have a thread for recruiting first and then spider canyon?
