Secret Santa - OOC Plotting

Wander's going to suggest some sort of gift-giving event during December. He'll first send out a mass text next week asking who wants to participate, which is where characters can sign up IC. Once that's done, there'll be a log where they all pick names out of a hat. Unless we work out OOC who's getting a gift for whom, I can use a random number generator to decide for anyone who hasn't decided.

No one will be allowed to tell the person they're giving a gift to what they're getting or even the fact they're getting a present for them, but characters will be able to go shopping or collect supplies to build their own gift over the next month.

The event will culminate at the end of December (I'm thinking of sometime after the 25th) where everyone will gather at the resort and open their presents.

To start this off, however, someone will have to mention Christmas to Wander and various traditions surrounding it, particularly the presents.

This sounds like a good idea to me (also I threw you up a game plurk just because it seems like fun for everyone.)

I kind of want to plot but Grainne'd need to be dragged into it herself. She kind of thinks Christianity is a cult and she doesn't really celebrate her own holidays anymore :|a

Wander's going to encourage her to join even if he needs to beg!

Actually, if she gives him a good reason why she doesn't want to participate, he's probably not going to bug her about it. If she's keeping quiet, he's free to convince her.
