Well, Alex would like to work for them in checking and reinforcing security. I always planned for him/her to have references from Florina and Diana (highest ranking Jumi) in the form of gemstones acting as a mental recording. Not to mention Alex is deeply committed to his/her reform. But that could possibly be something that plays out in-game. S/he'd at least attempt to apply.
