givessweetnessHello, I'm Claire and this is Tungwynterestemont. But you'll probably be calling him Wynter.
He was a Castellan (basically the head of Capitol police) when he was horribly murdered by Pandora. It was very graphic, so I won't go into details. He was revived on the Barge, where he found himself at lose ends, neither being paired to an inmate that he could redeem, nor particularly able to decide on a deal that he could use without Time Lord Guilt biting at him. Eventually he got antsy and feeling mothered by Iris Wildthyme left to come here so he could get the kind of experience EVERYBODY seems to think he needs.
Oh, yeah. He's going to be kind of naive for a member of a cynical race of egotists. At least he knows it?![[plurk.com profile]](https://plurk.com/favicon.ico)
